Will you travel to us?
Yes, we are a mobile service. We are based out of Gretna, Scotland and available for weddings in all UK destinations. We travel all over Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

What is your booking process?
It all begins with the initial inquiry by filling out our contact form via our "Contact Us" page. From there, we check our availability on your wedding date and if we are available, we will send you a quote. Once you are happy to proceed with booking, we require payment of a non-refundable booking fee to retain the date. To fully secure the appointment, we require our clients to sign a copy of our terms of service agreement.

Do you offer preview appointments (trials)?
Yes, we do offer preview appointments. The majority of our clients are not local to us, so for the most part, we don't meet our clients face to face until the wedding day. However, we believe that trials are an important opportunity to experience our artistry and discuss your vision for your bridal look. Whilst we encourage you to take advantage of a trial, we do not recommend booking a trial solely as a means to decide whether to book our services. It's essential to note that trial appointments do not secure or hold your wedding date. Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee availability until a formal booking for your wedding date is made.

Can I book a hair only or make-up only appointment?
We are a fully comprehensive luxury bridal styling team, consisting of a hair stylist and a make-up artist. We do not offer hair only, or make-up only services. All bookings with us include both hair and make-up. This policy means that every individual service within your booking will encompass hair and make-up for that individual. For example, we don't accommodate mixed bookings, such as 2x hair styling and 4x make-ups etc. The ratio of hair and make-up must be equal.

How far in advance should I book?
We highly recommend securing your wedding date with us at least 12-18 months in advance. Due to high demand, our schedule fills up fast.

Do you have a minimum booking?
Yes, we do. For any booking that requires travel of 20 miles or more from our base location or for services scheduled for a Sunday, we require a minimum party size of at least 5 individuals, or the monetary equivalent thereof.

Is there an age limit for your services?
Yes. We do not provide hair and make-up services for those under the age of 13, for insurance purposes and health and safety.

How many can you fit in one appointment?
We can comfortably work with party sizes of 6-8 depending on the style and timings. We are open to accepting larger party sizes, however in these instances, additional team members may be required to assist with the booking to ensure all services are carried out to the highest quality and within a timely manner, as we strive to always provide an exceptional level of service. Should your party require additional team members, whether that be an additional make-up artist or hair stylist, this is something we can organise for an additional fee.

I have booked my appointment, where can I find all of my booking information?
All information regarding your booking , such as start times, balance due dates and client obligations can be found attached to your booking confirmation email and within our terms of service agreement.
